Casa Greco is an absolutely fantastic house, with a wonderful location! The house, which can accommodate 14 (+3) people, is located on a hillside on the border between the Pyrenees and Central Catalonia, and therefore has an absolutely stunning view! The location is super private and you will be surrounded by green valleys and beautiful scenery and nature. Even though you will experience the feeling of being far from the noise and stress of the city, it is only 8 km. from the regional capital Berga and you can also walk to the nearest small village within half an hour.
Casa Greco's outdoor facilities are top notch! To the right of the house is the stunning pool area. Here you will find plenty of comfortable sun loungers from which you can enjoy the completely unique view and cool off in the swimming pool, on the warm Catalan sunny days. The pool is fenced for the sake of the youngest guests. Around the pool there is plenty of grass and garden area where you can play football and have fun.
In extension of the pool is one of the houses' many terraces, which is equipped with a table and chairs. From this terrace there is also access to the covered terrace, which is equipped with a large table and dining chairs, with space for the entire holiday group. The covered terrace is shaded, and has some beautiful arched windows overlooking the valley. Continuing further through the covered terrace, you come out to yet another terrace area where the house's BBQ area is located. You will also find a simple outdoor kitchen here, with a tap and table space to preparing meals. Like all the other terrace areas, the view is also absolutely stunning from here.
Casa Greco's interior is also in the greatest condition, as the house has recently been refurbished. The renovation has taken place with respect for the original architecture and the charm of the house. The house therefore offers beautiful stone walls, arches and wooden beams in the ceiling.
From the pool area you can step into the ground floor of the house, where the large game room is located. Here there is billiard, table tennis and table football. The location is incredibly convenient as it means the kids can easily run back and forth between games and the swimming pool. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor in extension of the game room.
From the front door, a staircase leads up to the first floor. Here you can choose between going to the left and into the large common room or to the right where a hallway leads down to the bedrooms. As you enter the common room you are greeted by a breathtaking view through the beautiful panoramic windows along the entire length of the room. The room is super cozy and well decorated with an open, functional kitchen and a small table at one end, a large squared dining table in the middle and a sofa corner with TV and fireplace at the other end.
If you follow the hallway, on the right hand side you come down to the bedrooms, all of which are super cozy and functionally furnished. The first rooms are the two double rooms, both of which have their own bathrooms. One has single beds and the other a double bed. Then the hallway turns 90 degrees and on the right hand side is another double room and two bathrooms. On the left hand side are the last two large rooms, both of which have four beds in each. One also has a balcony.
If you love nature and hiking, Casa Greco is the obvious choice! From the house there are many hiking trails, but it is also possible to rent mountain bikes, arrange guided horse riding tours in the area and much more! You are always welcome to contact us and we will help you arrange trips.
