Casa Pairant is a modern issue of a tenth century limestone house that over the years has been expanded in different phases. The last change in the structure of the building dates back to 1816. Currently, it has been fully restored in order to make it a very comfortable space, where you can enjoy a privileged environment.
A respectful reform of the house has changed it to a holiday home of high quality and with a lot of atmosphere. The house has all facilities you can think of including an indoor heated swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool, internet room, mini-cinema, pool-table, table tennis and many other things, see the list below.
The house has three suites with a sitting room and a bedroom with bathroom ensuite and four double rooms with bathroom ensuite. There is a large living room, dining room with table for 14 guests, sofas, nicefurniture, fireplace, stereo.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, and has also a pantry with two large refrigerators, freezers, machine for making ice cubes and washing machine. Next to the kitchen, there is a room with an old fireplace surrounded by wooden benches.
From the dining room, there is direct access to the terrace for outdoor dining, and where one can admire a magnificent view of the forest landscape surrounding the house. The dining room is equipped with table and chairs. Additionally, there is a semi-covered terrace on the top of the house with comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing, both summer and winter.
Next to the house, there is the outdoor swimming pool with a stunning view over the landscape. There is also a playground and a petanque field. For the cars, there are garages for four cars.
The house is located 750 meters above sea level with a splendid view over the area. In connection to the house, there is a small chapel, and you can see remnants of an old oilmill, winepress and bread oven.
