Casa El Señya is a cosy holiday home with a very nice swimming pool area and situated beautifully in just 10-12 minutes from the beautiful and lively regional capitol of Vic.

The original house origins from 1595 and Joan and Maina has done a great job in reforming this authentic Catalan limestone house to a holiday home with all modern facilities, including fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with sofas and TV, WIFI internet, washing machine, swimming pool and many other things.

The house has 6 modern bedrooms. One bedroom is situated in the ground floor with the bathroom next door, so it can be used during the day also by the second floor loft bedroom. On the first floor, you will find 4 additional bedrooms, each with bathrooms ensuite. Finally the second floor loft is equipped with a double bed, so it serves as the sixt bedroom, sharing bathroom with the bedroom downstairs.

Downstairs, the kitchen is connected with the dinning area with a long dining table and with direct access to the covered outdoor terrace which also has a barbecue. It is excellent that the group can be together, even when some are in the kitchen, some on the terrace and some by the barbecue.

From the terrace, you can view the pool area on the other side of the garden. When crossing the garden you will enter the pool area, where you can enjoy the sun in the many sun loungers, or have a dip. In general, this house is perfect for families for children or groups, who are looking for a quiet spot, but still well-connected. The house has table tennis, table football and internet connection.

The house also has a small, shady garden in front of the house, and in the garden around the pool you can, among other things, find a volley court and above the garden, an area to play football.

The view and the sunset with a glass of wine or a nice cup of coffee is the perfect way of spending the holidays!

The sweet owners Joan and Maina (she is English- and French speaking) are very helpful. Joan has an office in an outbuilding away from the garden, and is happy to help with information and tips when he is around.

Bonjour, Par ce message, nous voudrions vous dire notre immense satisfaction tant pour votre suivi de qualité que notre séjour à la Casa el Senya.~La maison, très spacieuse et pratique, située dans un endroit tranquille et agréable, a convenu à toute notre petite famille. Les propriétaires, Joan et MaÏna, ont été plein d'attentions pour nous durant les deux semaines ; impossible de les oublier.... En résumé, ce séjour est juste une réussite.
