Very privately situated and luxurious holiday home in Catalonia

Can Vista del Vall is the holiday home for those looking for a luxurious stay in beautiful, unique and private surroundings - simply, relax yourself and take in the stunning views of the scenic valley; the nature here is almost stress relieving. The scene of Can Vista del Vall sets you up for a wonderful holiday experience, and the experience is made complete with the lovely pool & spa area. Additionally, a paddle tennis court has recently been built, to add to the already long list of facilities.

The house has one of the most spectacular views we have ever seen and with the choice of Can Vista del Vall you are guaranteed holiday memories that will consist for many, many years. It is hard to find a house that is more privately situated than this and at the same time of such high standards. The holiday home is, as mentioned before, located in a large valley and lies up a hillside. A small road guides you to the house and as the road ends here, you can be sure that no other people will drive past or to the holiday house.  

As the holiday home lies on a hillside, it has many different levels. On the lower level, there is a wonderful pool area. Here is a large swimming pool, which is covered in the wintertime and during summer, you can open the sliding doors and enjoy the warm sun. There are stairs down to the pool, which is relatively deep. Making it more luxurious, there is a spa/hot tub right next to the pool.

One level up, there is a very large terrace with sun loungers and of course a great view over the valley. Here, you can also play table tennis and there is direct access to a game room with table football and billiards.
On the next level there is an outdoor dining area with tables and benches, and there is a covered area with BBQ grill.

The house has a large, very well equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and other necessary facilities. There is also a large dining room with a large table and panoramic windows. There is also a large flat screen TV. If this is not enough, you can roll a screen down and with a projector and the comfortable seating, you can transform the living room into a mini cinema.

Spread over the different floors, there are three double rooms and three triple rooms. They are all modern and tastefully decorated and five of them have a private bathroom. Many of them have window with a view, and one of the rooms have direct access to a chill-out area on the top floor with comfortable seating and wonderful views.

SinceCatalonia, especially in the summer, generally have much sun, the owner has put solar cells at the house, and during winter it is heated with biomass.

There are only 5 km to the nearest village, where there are some shops and a supermarket, which is also open on Sundays. Moreover, there is only 10 km to the regional capital, Berga. Here the owner has also an agreement with a good restaurant that they can bring the food all the way up to the house. You can also hire a cook who will pamper your palates for an evening.

Superbe maison restaurée au cœur de la montagne, idéale pour les amoureux de la nature, de la randonnée, pour se ressourcer dans un environnement verdoyant. La literie est très confortable. Les équipements permettent de s'adonner à de nombreuses activités. Mémorable tournoi de paddle tennis double mixte entre nous (10 adultes et 6 ados) tandis que les plus jeunes profitaient de la piscine. Vous pouvez faire les courses pour 1 semaine et poser vos valises!
Le propriétaire est discret et réactif.
Nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Superb restored house in the heart of the mountain, ideal for lovers of nature, hiking, to relax in a green environment. The bedding is very comfortable. The facilities allow you to indulge in many activities. Memorable mixed doubles paddle tennis tournament between us (10 adults and 6 teenagers) while the younger ones enjoyed the pool. You can shop for 1 week and put your bags down!
The owner is discreet and responsive.

Una casa fantástica a 1000m de altura en el medio de la naturaleza , circundado de montañas con una vista espectacular desde el balcón principal de la casa.
Ideal para unas vacaciones in armonía con la naturaleza para regenerar. Estuvimos con 3 familias y lo pasamos muy bien gracias al campo de pádel, la sala con el billar, futbolín y mesa de Ping Pong.
Una cocina con todo lo necesario nos permitía de hacer almuerzos y cenas fantásticos.
Juame es muy disponible, muy amable y nos dio muchas indicaciones para los caminos de montaña cerca de la casa.
Volveremos seguramente.

A fantastic house at 1000m high in the middle of nature, surrounded by mountains with a spectacular view from the main balcony of the house.
Ideal for a holiday in harmony with nature to regenerate. We were with 3 families and we had a great time thanks to the paddle tennis court, the room with billiards, table football and Ping Pong table.
A kitchen with everything we needed allowed us to make fantastic lunches and dinners.
Juame is very available, very friendly and gave us many directions for the mountain paths near the house.
We will surely return.

Une maison fantastique à 1000m d'altitude en pleine nature, entourée de montagnes avec une vue spectaculaire depuis le balcon principal de la maison.
Idéal pour des vacances en harmonie avec la nature pour se régénérer. Nous étions avec 3 familles et nous avons passé un très bon moment grâce au court de paddle-tennis, à la salle avec billard, baby-foot et table de ping-pong.
Une cuisine avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin nous a permis de préparer des déjeuners et des dîners fantastiques.
Juame est très disponible, très sympathique et nous a donné de nombreuses indications pour les sentiers de montagne à proximité de la maison.
Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Først og fremmest fantastisk beliggenhed. Vi besøgte huset med 17 personer (9 børn i alderen 3-13 og 8 voksne) i efterårsferien 2021.

Det var en lidt besværlig tur at komme op til huset, så vil klart anbefale, at man lejer høje biler, automatgear og evt. 4-hjulstræk.

Jaume der tager imod snakker ikke engelsk, så forbered jer på en god omgang google translate, hvis ikke I mestrer det spanske.

Køkkenet kunne godt bruge et brush-up hvad angår udstyr.

Værelserne er rigtig fine og rummelige. Gode senge og fine badeværelser. Varmen fungerede lidt efter vejret, så nogle gange var der varme på, og andre gange gik der noget tid ift. at tørre håndklæder.

Det udendørs grillområde kunne godt bruge en opdatering.

Fint indendørs poolområde, men spabadets varme fungerede ikke optimalt.

Fitnessmaskiner virkede ikke, men det var heller ikke for dem vi var taget derned.

Fin padelbane, der dog havde en enorm sætningsskade gennem en tredjedel af banen, hvilket gav bolden et ærgerligt opspring, samt gjorde at banen hældte en smule til den ene side.

Smukke omgivelser omkring huset, hvilket gav anledning til mange fantastiske gåture. Selve området omkring huset, hører ikke så godt sammen, så det at komme fra den ene terrasse til den anden, er ikke altid lige let.

Mange store og fine indkøbsmuligheder i Berga, som ligger 25-30 minutters kørsel derfra.

Fantastische lokatie en heerlijk rustig!!!
Geweldig, niemand om je heen, doodstil en wat een uitzicht en natuur. Huis is zo groot dat je ook je eigen plek hebt. En twee 4 weel drive jeeps voor vervoer naar de parkeerplaats 15 minuten naar beneden.

Beautiful house and awesome landscape
We were a party of 20 (4 families with children), staying for a full week.

This is the perfect place if you want to have a vacation in a beautiful environment, with breathtaking views, while comfortably staying in a recently restored villa. The location is prime, and the photos don't even to justice to the awesome landscape that surround the house. The only noise you will hear are the bells of the cows, that linger all day round. You may have to honk the car's horn to move the ocasional cow that decides to block in the narrow road that leads to the house. This path can only be done using a real 4x4 car (city SUVs are definitively not advised), and the very nice owner, Jaume, will make two such vehicles available for your use. The house is fully loaded with all the modern amenities, including comfortable beds, a large diner table that accommodates 20 people, and all the nice extras of "countryside sports" (fuss ball, ping pong and snooker).

We definitively recommend staying at this property.
