Living local is a great chance to make a real difference using "Responsible Tourism" which are supporting the local Catalan farmers as it aids maintaining traditional ways of living. Renovating the beautiful country homes, with a high degree of respect, stops the areas of mass tourism to grow larger and preserve the stunning scenery, wildlife and glory in Catalonia's historic buildings and precious heritage.

Architect and designer: Antoni Gaudi was at the forefront of the Art Nouveau movement in Spain. While working in Barcelona he created some of the city's most notable and extraordinary landmarks. This kind of architectural genius is rare, and his work is guaranteed move you. He was a pioneer in his field using color, texture, and movement in ways never before imagined. All of is works, the ones he finished himself, as well as the uncompleted (La Sagrada Familia) stands as testimony to his genius. We recommend in particular the Parque Güell on the hill of el Carmel 10 on the outskirts of the city. The astonishing architecture can be seen and experienced, it is almost like a Gaudi theme park for the entire, as well as one of the most remarkable architectural achievements in recent European history.
