This beautiful holiday house, Mas del Pere, is perfect for the holiday group consisting of several families. There is plenty of space - both inside and outside, and with a large garden, a beautiful pool and patio area is it a perfect base to enjoy the Catalan warmth and relax thoroughly.
In the holiday home, you live beautifully situated atop a small hill, so from the property you have many views of the surrounding forested areas. To the north, the majestic Pyrenees rise. Here, you are at some distance from the typical mass tourism and the typical bustle that usually follows with it. However, there is only 4 km to Borreda, which is a small cosy town, where you can find grocery shops and restaurants.
The pool area is great. The swimming pool has a width of 4 meters and a length of 9 meters and there are stairs into the water, which makes it easy for all age groups to enjoy the cooling water. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols, so you are able to keep an eye on the young children in the pool while you relax. The pool is also fenced for safety reasons.
At the end of the pool, there is a covered terrace with barbecue, dining area, billiards and table football - a great place to enjoy the warm summer evenings.
There is also volleyball/badminton, a small football field and basketball basket in the garden.
When you enter through the main door, there is a cosy living room with leather sofa, sitting area and large flat-screen TV. There are beautiful stone walls and beamed ceiling. Next to this, there is a well equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, large freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and much more. Connected to the kitchen, there is a cosy dining room with a nice table carved from one piece of wood and direct access to the garden
There is also a laundry room with washing machine in the house.
All the bedrooms in the holiday house are located on the first floor. There are in total six spacious rooms. There are three double bedrooms, two have double beds and one has two single beds. Then there are two triple rooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. Finally, there is a large bedroom with room for up to 7 people, with flat screen TV and nice views to the garden.
There are four modern bathrooms in the house.
