Apartment Modernista-Central Luxury 6P

Apartments Modernsita are, as the name indicates, situated in one of the beautiful modernist buildings, which is typical for the Eixample-district. The beautiful apartments all have high ceilings, which gives the apartments a mundane feeling, which is typical for the 1920s architecture in Barcelona. The modern convenient facilities are added with respect for the history.

Stay in a unique, luxurious and centrally located place in Barcelona in this fantastic attic apartment with room for 6 people. Apartment Modernista-Central Luxury 6P is an apartment of a high standard and with a design that integrates the living room and terrace in a breathtaking way.

The sliding doors throughout the entire apartment's width can be opened out to the very large and sunny terrace. Dine out in the sun or in the shade, you decide! Or relax in a lounge chair whilst the sun sets over Barcelona, and we guarantee that you will realize that you are on vacation. And should the sun be too strong, blinds can easily be run out over the terrace.

The apartment’s multiple levels provide a natural separation between the sleeping area and the living area. The elevator arrives directly in the apartment in the middle range with a small cozy plateau.

There are 3 bedrooms three or four steps down from the plateau. There is a master bedroom with a double bed (can be split into 2 single beds), flat screen TV, terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a glass shower and toilet, a double room with a double bed (can be split into two single beds), flat-screen TV and a small balcony, and a double room with two single beds and a flat-screen TV. The last two rooms share a large bathroom with a glass shower, toilet and towel warmer.

Three or four steps up is the amazing sitting area. As described the living room is directly connected to the terrace, and also a modern open kitchen with a variety of facilities like microwave, ceramic hob, oven, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, fridge-freezer with ice machine and also various kitchen equipment.

To complete the design and the meeting between the modern decoration and the modernist building, several parts of the floor is covered with the characteristic mosaic tiles, which gives a nice reference to the building's history. This can already be recognized when you arrive at the big hall before taking the elevator up to the apartment.

If you really want to give yourself and your fellow travelers a luxurious and very well located base in Barcelona, then we can highly recomend this apartment!

 Antoni Gaudi (1852-1926)

Architect and designer: Antoni Gaudi was at the forefront of the Art Nouveau movement in Spain. While working in Barcelona he created some of the city's most notable and extraordinary landmarks. This kind of architectural genius is rare, and his work is guaranteed move you. He was a pioneer in his field using color, texture, and movement in ways never before imagined. All of is works, the ones he finished himself, as well as the uncompleted (La Sagrada Familia) stands as testimony to his genius.
