The view over the Catalan landscape is beautiful from Casa Minúet, as you can have the distant view of the Pyrenees.
Casa minúet has 5 bedrooms: 1 single room, 3 double and 1 triple bedroom. The house is situated only 2 km. from the nearby village Casserres, where there are a small supermarkets, a bar with internet and a restaurant.
As our other properties, Casa Minuét is a registred historical house, which means that it is restored in accordance with the original style but also contains all modern facilities.
The house has three floors. The lower floor was where the animals used to live. This area has been reformed into a game hall with table football and billards.
The first floor contains the common areas: Dining area with a beautiful dining table, a sofa corner with tv and chimney, and very functional open kitchen. Additionally, there is one bed room and one bathroom. At the second floor you find three more bedrooms sharing two bathrooms.
Outside, there is a covered terrace with barbeque, some toys for small kids and swings. In the garden, you find the pool area. As the house is situated above the landscape, the view is excellent from here.
All in all Casa Minuét provides you with a perfect base for relaxation as well as an excellent point of departure for excursions to the many activities in the area or one day trips to Barcelona or Costa Brava.
Apartments in Barcelona or just a visit
The advantage of the geography of Catalonia is that Barcelona is situated in the middle. You can reach Barcelona in 1-1½ hours from most of our holiday homes, so it is easy to visit the city during your stay. In addition, many choose to combine a stay in the country side with an apartment in Barcelona before or after the vacation in one of our Spanish villas.
