Can Metje del Rio Blanco is a holiday gem, tucked away in the nature and the element of stress, noise and tourism is nonexistent. If you are interested in a private location - isolated from mass tourism, and if you like nature, this house is perfect for you! The only neighbour you have is a small idyllic stream with very clear water.
Arriving at the holiday home, you enter through a gate and into a large, well-kept garden. The first thing you see is a wonderful swimming pool. A small, shallow area provides the very young children the opportunity to enjoy the cooling water. Around the pool, there are sun beds, so you can fully enjoy the Catalan summer sun. If you prefer to relax in the shade, there are trees and seating arrangements on the well kept lawn. In addition there are, for the active ones, a badminton court. Placed close by the pool, so you can easily cool down in the swimming pool after a match!
Connected to the house is a covered terrace, which is brilliant in the summer months: There is both a dining table and a BBQ, so you can both cook and enjoy dinner here during the warm summer evenings.
The house has a large lawn, and right next to it, a small, beautiful stream runs by. In English, it is called "The White River". This is due to the extremely clear water and the bottom consisting of chalk. This reflects the sun's light and gives the charming stream a very bright shine. If you go upstream, it is possible to bath and play in the clean water.
Inside, the house is very modern furnished and decorated. The kitchen, a dining area and a sofa corner provides a family room on the ground floor of the house. The kitchen is new and modern and has among other things an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator and a freezer as well as many other necessary tools. Right next to it, there is a dining table.
The sofa corner is cozy and comfortable and an excellent option when the sun has gone down.
In total, there are three nice bedrooms, all of which are nicely decorated and with high ceilings. All of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds and en-suite bathrooms, which are also og very high standard.
You should be aware that there are 20-30 km to the nearest supermarket, so it is a good idea to shop groceries when you are away from the house.
