Casa Permaner is a nice rural farm house with swimming pool, situated in 800 metres altitude in the hills that surround the Vic plateau.
The house is perfect for a group or large family, as the house has 5 double rooms and two bathrooms distributed on the two floors. At the lower floor, there is a living room with a dining area and access to the kitchen. In the warm Catalan summers, one will often prefer to have the meals at the terrace with direct access from the kitchen, equipped with beautiful furniture of dark woods.
In 2012, the reform of the second building of the property is finished and turned into a second holiday home with 4 double bedrooms. For big groups, it is possible to rent both houses.
Below the house, there is a fenced garden with swimming pool and beach chairs. The garden and the swimming pool is at the moment shared between the two holiday homes. There is a stunning view over the fields below, an in the horizon the Pyrenees. The house is surrounded by nature, a farm and with long distance to the nearest neighbour.
Excursions:
The house is very well located for excursions to for instance Vic, Girona, Costa Brava and Barcelona. Additionally, it is possible to make a lot of outdoor activities in the area, for instance walking, cycling and many other things. Request our activity document.
