House filled with wonderful facilities close to the Costa Brava beaches

Masia Delander is a modern, newly renovated house equipped with a big variety of facilities. It lies beautifully with a only 30 minutes’ drive to the beach. Uniquely, the owners have dedicated an entire floor to wellness, and even the kitchen is equipped with professional facilities. These many amenities create a solid base for a peaceful and relaxed holiday, where you can focus and yourself.

The holiday home lies at the end of a small road, and despite the fact that there is a single neighbour; it is very isolated and private. Half of the garden is surrounded by forest, which provides a natural atmosphere. In addition, there is a path down to the nearest village, which can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. Here are both shopping facilities and restaurants. Additionally, there are only 30 minutes by car to the beaches of theCosta Brava.

When you enter the entrance of the holiday villa, there is, to the left, a living area. Here are sofas, a pool table, a large flat screen and stereo – a great place to relax indoor. To the right, you can see the very well equipped kitchen of the holiday house. It has a deep freezer (which is always filled with fresh oil for arriving guests), microwave, several refrigerators, Nespresso machine, giant oven, large dishwasher and much more. In connection to this is a nice dining area - and you can access the outdoor dining area, so you can enjoy the long, warm summer evenings.
In the house, there is also a washing machine and a dryer. There is even a lift in the holiday home.

On the second floor, the owners have built a complete wellness area. If you are here to relax, then you have certainly found the place. There are two spapools, cold water bath, hydromassage showers and two saunas - one with eucalyptus and one normal. The elevator goes all the way up here, and with lots of different coloured light and music, the stage is set for a special experience.

The house has five spacious bedrooms, all with private en suite bathrooms. There are three triple rooms, which have loft-beds high under the ceiling (not suitable for very small children). The rooms are beautifully decorated with lots of space and nice, wooden beams in the ceiling. In addition, there is air conditioning in every room, so you can freely decide the indoor environment - this is very comfortable on the hot days and nights.

The house has a large, neat garden and a beautiful lawn, with many opportunities for the younger (and older) in the holiday group. There is a wonderful swimming pool with a size of 50m2, where everyone can relax and cool off or enjoy the sun loungers. This pool area is fenced for security, which is a relief if you have very young children with you on holiday. In addition, there is table tennis, football and playground. There is toilet downstairs also, very convenient, when you are in the garden. 

There is a huge covered terrace where the whole holiday group can sit outside and eat. There is furthermore a large grill where food can be prepared.

The house is excellent both for relaxation with its situation and very big garden, and still you have the exiting regional capitol Girona only few kilometres away, Barcelona a bit more than 1 hour drive away, and the beaches of Costa Brava accesible in 30 minutes.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette merveilleuse maison en juillet dernier.
Les équipements et le matériel de cuisine ont répondu à nos attentes. Nous avons profité pleinement de la terrasse couverte où nous y avons pris tous nos repas. Le barbecue, le réchaud à gaz pour faire de grand plat ont été fort utile pour nourrir toute la tribu. Nous étions presqu'une vingtaine et nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l'étroit. La climatisation des pièces à été grandement appréciée lors des fortes chaleurs. Le propriétaire a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos interrogations et fait assurer les menus réparations avec diligence. La spacieuse piscine, très bien entretenue, a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. Nous AVONS ADORE! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
Une mention spéciale pour Bertel qui m'a assistée pendant toute la phase de sélection de la maison idéale et a été très à l'écoute de mes demandes.

We stayed 15 days in this wonderful house in July 2023.
The equipment and kitchen equipment met our expectations. We took full advantage of the covered terrace where we took all our meals. The barbecue, the gas stove to make a big dish were very useful to feed the whole group. We were almost twenty and we never felt cramped. The air conditioning of the rooms was greatly appreciated during the hot weather. The owner has always responded very quickly to our questions and has repairs carried out with diligence. The spacious swimming pool, very well maintained, has delighted young and old alike. We have adored! We will come back with pleasure!
A special mention for Bertel who assisted me throughout the selection phase of the ideal house and was very attentive to my requests.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i Masia Delander. Der var alle ønskelige faciliteter. Meget godt udstyret køkken til madlavning til storfamilien. Dejlige rummelige værelser med god aircondition. Lækker have med god plads til alle og lækker pool.
Vi kunne godt haft brugt en mappe med oplysninger om fx pool, spa og opvaskemaskine. Om vi fx selv skulle tilføre klor eller sæbe. Og om vi skulle tømme skrald. Blev modtaget af en dame som ikke kunne give instruktioner på engelsk. Men fik besked fra ejer der kom forbi nogle dage senere.

We had a lovely stay in Masia Delander. There were all desirable amenities. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking for the extended family. Lovely spacious rooms with good air conditioning. Lovely garden with plenty of space for everyone and delicious pool.
We could have used a folder with information about eg pool, spa and dishwasher. Whether, for example, we should add chlorine or soap ourselves. And if we were to empty trash. Was received by a lady who could not give instructions in English. But got message from owner who came by a few days later.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Masia Delander. Il y avait toutes les commodités souhaitables. Cuisine très bien équipée pour cuisiner pour la famille élargie. Belles chambres spacieuses avec une bonne climatisation. Beau jardin avec beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde et une délicieuse piscine.
Nous aurions pu utiliser un dossier contenant des informations sur, par exemple, la piscine, le spa et le lave-vaisselle. Si, par exemple, nous devons ajouter du chlore ou du savon nous-mêmes. Et si on vidait les poubelles. A été reçu par une dame qui ne pouvait pas donner d'instructions en anglais. Mais j'ai reçu un message du propriétaire qui est venu quelques jours plus tard.

Maison magnifique, une des rares fois où la maison est plus jolie que sur les photos.
Tout y est pour passer de super vacances, nous n'avions même plus envie de sortir de la maison.
La cuisine est digne dune cuisine professionnelle, vraiment pratique pour les grandes familles.
Les loisirs ne manquent pas, les enfants comme les adultes ne s'ennuient pas une seconde.
Les chambres sont grandes et confortables.
Le niveau spa est génial, sauna, hammam et jacuzzi, nous nous sommes régalé.
Le propriétaire est super également, a l'écoute et disponible rapidement pour toutes demandes.
Nous étions 8 adultes, 3 adolescents et 7 enfants et nous ne nous sommes pas senti à l'étroit.
La maison est propre et les extérieurs, les poubelles....étaient entretenu régulièrement pendant notre séjour avant notre réveil (qui était pourtant matinal)
Nous avons passé un super séjour (trop court) et gardons en mémoire ce lieu pour réserver de nouveau.

Magnificent house, one of the rare times when the house is prettier than in the photos.
Everything is there to have a great vacation, we didn't even want to leave the house.
The kitchen is worthy of a professional kitchen, really practical for large families.
There is no shortage of leisure activities, children and adults alike are never bored for a second.
The rooms are large and comfortable.
The spa level is great, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, we really enjoyed ourselves.
The owner is also great, attentive and available quickly for any requests.
We were 8 adults, 3 teenagers and 7 children and did not feel cramped.
The house is clean and the exteriors, the garbage ... were maintained regularly during our stay before we woke up (which was however early)
We had a great stay (too short) and keep in mind this place to book again.

Lovely house and a perfect family vacation. The owner Josep was helpful and made sure he was available whenever needed. When the dishwasher broke he had it repaired by the next morning.
The house is large and very well equipped with games and the spa facilities. The best part is the pool of course. Large and fenced off so safe. The huge bbq area is shaded and we used it every day.
Only thing that could be better is the kitchen utensils. There is only one chopping board, one spatula and the coffee makers were old and broken.

Huset er i tip top stand og omgivelserne er i tip top stand. Der er alt, hvad der er brug for til en større gruppe. Vi var 14 personer i huset, uden at det gav anledning til problemer. Servicen fra udlejers side, var ligeledes i top. Vi var alle meget glade og tilfredse med vores ophold.

The house is in tip top condition and the surroundings are in tip top condition. There is everything needed for a larger group. We were 14 people in the house without any problems. The service from the landlord was also top notch. We were all very happy and happy with our stay.

We were a family group of 14 and the house was perfect for us. The house is finished and equipped to a very high standard. The health suite is fantastic as is the outdoor pool. The weather was very hot and we spend most of our time outdoors. The covered terrace with BBQ and paella cooker were great and we ate all our meals in this area.
We did feel that the description of the availability of local restaurants could be clearer. We found that it was not possible for our large group to be catered for in the evenings in the local restaurants. Most places seem to serve food at lunchtime but close for food in the evening. We therefore drove to the coast if we wanted to eat out in the evening.
We had a great holiday and would recommend the house.

Great that you mention restaurant opening hours. For any of our holiday homes counts, that midweek best to eat out for lunch, as you will find affordable menus and most importantly, open restaurants. Then you can eat at home at night, or ask for advice, if you would like to eat out.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette maison avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Chacun a savouré ce lieu extrêmement calme et agréable: les chambres sont très confortables, spacieuses et dotées chacune de leur salle de bains. La cuisine professionnelle permet de préparer sans aucune difficulté des repas pour 15 personnes. La salle de bien être ( sauna , hammam ...) est un vrai lieu de détente que nous avons apprécié quotidiennement. L'extérieur immense est magnifique .et verdoyant. La piscine est parfaitement entretenue. Bravo et merci pour l'accueil chaleureux ,le sourire et la disponibilité de Josep qui s'efforce de répondre à toute demande. Un merci aussi tout particulier aux deux personnes qui ont également fait le ménage et le nettoyage des extérieurs et barbecue durant notre séjour et à notre départ. Nous sommes ravis et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.
