As you drive up the hill towards Mas Sant Molinda you instantly notice the lush and beautiful nature surrounding you. When you pass through the beautiful arched driveway, you reach the stunning house, which has a view that is hard to beat! Mas Sant Molinda is a very unique holiday home with accommodation for up to 16(+6) guests.
The pool area and the surrounding garden is the heart of the home, where we imagine you will be spending most of your time. The swimming pool has a stunning view with the Mediterranean Sea peeking out in the background. If you enjoy spending time by the pool swimming, reading and enjoying nature, then Mas Sant Molinda certainly seems like the perfect holiday home for you!
By the pool area you find a shady area with large dining table, which also shares the amazing view from the swimming pool. The perfect spot to enjoy outdoor meals or a drink with the entire holiday group, in the warm Catalan weather.
The garden is very big and has a variety of sunny and shady areas, and cozy spots. So there is plenty of space for relaxation!
When entering the house from the main entrance, you will find yourself in a big hall. The ground floor is where you will find all the common spaces including a comfy loungeroom, a large game room with billiard, an incredible dining room and a large, fully equipped kitchen that also direct has access to the outdoor BBQ area. There is also a shared bathroom on the ground floor, close by the swimming pool.
On the first floor you will find all of the house's bedrooms and bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are very nicely decorated and spacious.
The location of the house is simply fantastic. With only 5 km. to the beach and roughly a 45 minute drive to Barcelona, there is plenty of opportunity to go on day trips. You are practically staying in forest-like, beautiful nature yet still having the Sea in sight between the mountains and only 45 minutes to Barcelona - extraordinary!
While all of the facilities are exclusively yours, the kind, English-speaking owner Ana also lives in a separate house on the property. She will, of course, happily answer all of your questions or provide tips on where to go, what to see, where to eat, etc.
In principle, one can stay up to 22 guests in the house, but be aware that the house has a top floor with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with quite low ceilings due to the authenticity of the house; therefore, this floor is only recommended for people who are not very tall (or children).
It is almost incomprehensible that one can live so scenic, quiet and with a great view to the mountains and with a view to the sea, and yet only be in long walking distance of a town with towns and restaurants and less than 5 km. to the beach, where there are also trains to Barcelona.
Barcelona itself can be reached in 35-45 minutes depending on the traffic. The house is therefore also suitable for company groups, also because the owner Ana has a network in the area and can help with all services you could wish for.
