Casa Pontvendra - Palissa is an authentic holiday apartment, located 9 kilometers above the town of Berga at an altitude of 1,500 meters, and is an excellent choice for those who love mountainous surroundings and a brisk walk and for families with children, where the property offers plenty of activity opportunities and entertainment.

Palissa is part of the larger Casa Pontvendra house and can be either rented separately or as part of renting the entire property. 

Located on the ground floor, the apartment has a double room with a double bed, a double room with single beds and a three-bed room with single beds. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room with dining table and sofa corner and a breathtaking view of the mountains from the large panoramic windows. Relax on the sofa and enjoy the view with a delicious drink in hand - in good, Catalan fashion!

Spacious and full of possibilities

The property is so large that it has its own three hiking trails, which are nicely marked in three colors and connect you with some of the many local hiking trails that explore the many fantastic views the surrounding mountains offer. By bike you have the opportunity to climb the local "Alpe d'Huez", as the nearby mountain road is the test of strength for the local cyclists to the "Rasos de Peguera"

On the property, the children can get close to the animals. In the paddock they can feed the two donkeys and the pony, and in the garden there are chickens, most often in the chicken coop, but sometimes they also just walk around in the bushes. The super-sweet owners Jordi and Constanca also live on the farm, and are always available, but of course also respect your privacy.

The property is situated on a slope, so Jordi and Constanca have access to their terrace and garden behind the house, while the three holiday homes face the garden area with all the facilities seen in the pictures.

Child-friendly

The property is a paradise for children. The house has a fenced swimming pool, a fenced football pitch and a building with table football, billiards and table tennis. On the first floor of this building there is also a projector and DVD so you can watch movies. When the house is rented together, you can also choose to eat together here, as there is a large wooden table, or you can eat in "El Gran".
