Stay in beautiful surrounding with no neighbors in the classic Catalan limestone house for 12+2 persons. Enjoy the view of the wooded mountains, or take the short walk down to the riera - the tiny river making its way through the landscape just below the house, and depending on the weather even give you lovely small pools to swim in and also a tiny waterfall.
And should it be a dry summer, you have your own private swimming pool, always full of water, which will keep the children occupied together with the many activities such as table tennis, trampoline, football goal and sandpit, and give you a well-deserved rest in the shade or sun as you prefer with cold drink from the fridge.
The house has very nice layout with the common areas in the ground floor. This includes a well-equipped kitchen, a common room with dining table and sofas and TV. In addition, there is a double bedroom and an adapted bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs, you find the additional 4 bedrooms, which are equipped to be able to host 3 families as there are 2 triple rooms and 1 double room and finally, the fourth bedroom has been converted into a children’s room with two bunk beds. There are two bathrooms on this floor also, making it three in total. As one tend to be a bit hot, there is air conditioning in that room.
However, in the Summer, you will probably mostly stay outside, and here you can enjoy life in the very nice covered terrace with barbecue, and from where you can easily keep an eye on the swimming pool (which is also fenced for additional safety).
Even the situation secluded, you can be in Gironella or Puig Reig both with restaurants in 20 minutes and Prats de Llucanés in 15 minutes and via the C-62 main road, you can actually be in the regional capitol Berga in 25 minutes or in beautiful Vic in 35 minutes. In the historical town centre of Vic, you find Catalonia’s biggest market Tuesdays and Saturdays mornings.
