Can Pont Salta is a 450m2 really lovely holiday home with a unique location on a hilltop with a gorgeous view over the beautiful Merles Valley. From the garden you will have a wonderful view of the tiny village of Santa Maria de Merles, located 1.5 km. from the holiday home and the house has small and pretty path to the village. The house is fully renovated and is today quite outstanding. The outdoor area is really large and fully private and the swimming pool area is perfectly positioned overlooking the valley. In connection with the swimming pool area, is a covered terrace with BBQ and outdoor kitchen. From here there is also access to a games room with table tennis and table football. The swimming pool and the covered terrace is situated near, which is usually a great idea for a holiday home, because you we can pull back to the shade on the terrace and still be a part of the children playing in the swimming pool . If you prefer to enjoy the sun there are beach chairs for everyone in Can Pont Salta. In the garden there is also a small playground for the little ones in the group.
