Mas del Arcada is a charming, authentic holiday home with room for 17 guests, with the possibility of having an extra 6 beds set up by request. Even though the house has a very undisturbed, private location surrounded by nature, Solsona is only a 10 minute drive away! A holiday at beautiful Mas del Arcada, surrounded by nature and tranquility, will certainly be an unforgettable one.
A gravel road winding through the forest takes you up through the greenery to the beautiful limestone house, which consists of a main building and a smaller budiling. Stepping out of the car, you are immediately struck by the beautiful nature surrounding the house. The swimming pool area is located in front of the house. It has a stunning view overlooking the valleys, and comfortable sun loungers are lined up along the pool. Truly the perfect spot to relax in the Catalan sun!
The smaller, separate limestone building is located next to the swimming pool area. Inside there is a large table tennis, a long wooden dining table and a BBQ area with simple kitchen facilities. The location is superb, as it is easy to get from the pool area. We imagine the children of the group will have a a blast running back and forth from the game room and the swimming pool.
When entering the main building you step inside a grand welcoming hall, which is characterised by classic Catalan architecture and design, such as the big wooden double doors and limestone walls and floors. The staicase takes you up to the first floor of the house, where you will enter the big living and dining room, which is connected. The dining room has a long wooden table with room for the entire group, and is connected to the fully-equipped kitchen, and the lounge room has comfy lounges and a TV.
The house has a total of nine bedrooms, and nine bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are very spacious and nicely decorated, and same goes for the bathrooms.
