Masia de Circudia is an authentic Catalan countryside home, which can accommodate up to 25 guests. The house dates back to 1635, and the limestone walls of the farmhouse have witnessed various generations of farmers working with agriculture and livestock; on the road to the holiday paradise, you will even pass a couple of farms. Today, the house has been completely renovated internally, but the original, charming external structure has been preserved. Masia de Circudia welcome families and groups of friends who want to spend relaxing days surrounded by beautiful nature.
The pool area is located right by the side of the house, and is very likely be a popular spot! The pool has an area of 11×4 meter, and is fenced for the safety of the youngest ones. Surrounding the pool is the large 500 square meters garden, which includes a shady area and deck chairs to sunbathe - the perfect place to relax with a favourite book or a glass of local wine. A paved terrace with outdoor dining and BBQ area is placed next to the pool.
Due to the excellent layout of the house, Masia de Circudia provides plenty of space and possibilities for enjoyment and relaxation in a beautiful environment. On the lower floor, you will find a relaxing wellness ares. It includes a sauna, jacuzzi and two shower heads. The kids will also love the game room, which is also located on the lower floor. It has foosball and table tennis, and outside there is also a large trampoline.
The large and fully equipped kitchen is located on the main floor. Its open space, makes it a great place to prepare large meals for the entire group. In extension of the kitchen is the dining area, with a long wooden table. The area has room for the entire group to dine together. Next to the kitchen and dining area, is the spacious living room with comfy sofas and a cozy fireplace, on the main floor. Eight of the double bedrooms are also located on the main floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and an ensuite bathroom.
On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, each with single beds. There is also a bathroom and a multipurpose room, which includes a playing area for the little ones. Furthermore, there is also a three-seat corner sofa and four armchairs to relax in.
The location of the house is also a big plus! Masia de Circudia is located in the country Berguedà - right between the re-Pyrenees and the Pyrenees, a nature privileged environment. It is perfect for hiking, mountainbiking, paragliding and many other activities! A 20 minute drive away will take you to the lovely town Berga and a 15 minute drive to Gironella. If you would like to take a longer day trip, a one hour drive will take you to the vibrant and colorful city Barcelona.
