Can Prim is a lovely 4-bedroom villa situated in beautiful, rural surroundings. The holiday home has a huge garden with nothing but trees & green grass, a wonderful private pool, and much more, that all in all allows for a calm, relaxing get-away to the Catalan countryside.
The 18th century farmhouse was recently restored and equipped with all kinds of modern facilities, the highlight probably being the 10x5m large swimming pool. Overall, the outside area is delightful in Can Prim, and also features a barbecue area along with outdoor furniture. In our experience, there is almost nothing like cooking and dining outside by the pool during one of the long Catalan summer nights!
The ground floor of the house has a cozy living room with a fireplace, television, and more. Next to this, you will find the dining area as well as the well-equipped kitchen that has a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, etc. From here, you will have access to the porch with BBQ and a great view to the countryside. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a room with a washer and a dryer.
On the first floor, you will find the 4 spacious & tastefully decorated bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have double beds, while the last one has two single beds. Moreover, you will find 2 bathrooms on this floor.
There are plenty of interesting places to see in the proximity of Can Prim. The Costa Brava coast and all of its charming towns and cities are only about 25 minutes away (L’Escala). Figueres is about 15-20 minutes away, while Girona is about 30 minutes away.
