Casa de Pobrís is a holiday home that is perfectly suited for families on vacation together. There is a huge garden filled with everything from a football field to a sandbox so the youngest can entertain themselves for hours. Similarly, the pool can entertain both young people and adults, as it is hard not to take a cooling dip during the warm summer days. Inside, the house is decorated in an antique, cozy style and there is plenty of room for many guests. Likewise, the holiday house is very well equipped with numerous facilities, making the holiday very convenient.
The house lies 800 meters down a dirt road that begins at the end of a residential street. Here, the holiday home lies privately and there is no disturbing neighbors. There is a parking area with shade here.
The garden has a size of 11,000 m2 - this is fully fenced so you can let the children play freely on the property. The pool, which is self-cleaning, is also large and has a size of 55 m2, and the pool area is wonderful: Since the house lies on top of a hill, there is a great view over hilly countryside that you can enjoy from the many sun loungers. There is also a small cover, which you can find shade under when the sun is high in the sky.
The house has a huge terrace. At one end, there is a large barbecue and a sink, where you can cook dinner. This area is covered and there are several seating areas and a nice, round table. Likewise, there are two large dining tables, so the whole holiday group can enjoy meals and the warm evenings here. There is also an extra fridge here, which is a great convenience.
The garden has as mentioned before many facilities and activities. For the little ones, there is a small cable car, a play area with a slide, swing set and sandbox. Additionally, there are football, petanque, trampoline, basketball basket and ping-pong table.
At the edge of the garden, there is a paddock with friendly goats that can be fed and petted.
The house is located in a very beautiful area, and there are several large trees on the property, which you can seek shade under. There are also nine fig trees, and if you stay in the house from August to September, you can taste the figs.
There are a total of two double rooms, three triple rooms and a quadruple room. In addition, there is sleeping accommodation for six additional guests (against supplement). There are five bathrooms in the house.
The holiday house has two well-equipped kitchens - they both have a washing machine, dishwasher and dryer. There are also several lounges, which is great if you are on holiday together in a larger holiday group – then you can retreat and relax in peace. In these rooms, there is comfortable seating and TV. On the ground floor, there is a large common area where there is a dining table for everyone in the group.
The house is well located with a small town 3-4 km away, where you can use two tennis courts as a service to the guests of the house. From here, there are two trains to Barcelona. Otherwise, it takes 1 hour to get to the city by car. On the beaches of the Costa Brava is 20-25 minutes and a quarter of Girona.
