Beautiful country house - with the perfect location. Great house with lot´s of activities!

We can’t think of anybody who will not love this lovely, and fully restored and rustic traditional Catalan country home situated in the district of Riudarenes. 

The house Casa Salerich is the perfect place to disconnect and still have the best possibility to connect as the house is situated very privately, which is quite amazing, taking into consideration the proximity to Girona (25 km.), the beach (25 km.) and Barcelona (about an hour)

After a short drive following the gravel road through a small forest, you arrive to the beautiful gate where the paved driveway with cypresses on each side, takes you up to the house, with the big pool area to one side and the lawn to the other side.

The outdoor facilities are splendid and the garden area is very big. Here you will find a fenced and secured swimming pool area, with plenty of sun beds and a covered chill-out area, so you can enjoy a snack or a glass of wine at the pool area. The swimming pool is ideal for children, as it has roman steps, and it is also fenced, so the youngest cannot enter unattended.

The owners have really made an effort to keep you entertained. Below the pool, area, they have established minigolf with 8 courses. There are also swings for the youngest children.

On the other side of the house, next to the second outdoor terrace, you will find a covered area with dart, table football and table tennis, and also a play house with mini-kitchen and sand pit, so the children can entertain themselves, while the parents relax by the dinner table. It is the perfect place for outside dining, covered or uncovered as you prefer, as there is door connecting directly to the kitchen, and to the other side, a big covered barbecue. There is also a toilet, so you will not have to enter the house.

The kitchen is well-equipped with hotplates, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and inside, it is connected to a a dining area for inside dining. In connection, there is the sitting room with TV and a second dining room. There is also a second toilet.

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms. One is very large and equipped with two small double beds, so it can be used as twin room, but also has the possibility to sleep four persons (children/family). The two bedrooms share one bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a small sitting area and 4 modern bedrooms, all with bathrooms. One bedroom has double bed and an integrated bathroom  with a half wall, very beautifully solved. The second bedroom is very large, with two small double beds, so it sleeps from 2+2 persons (children) and a bathroom ensuite.

The third bedroom can be arranged as double room or twin room, and has a very big bathroom ensuite. The fourth bedroom is a triple room with a double bed and a single bed and bathroom ensuite.

The house is equipped with WIFI-Internet and has also a washing machine.

An ideal place to relax, get back to nature and still be within easy reach of all the great sights in Catalonia, Spain.

Kære Carla ernest m familie, mang tak for en sommerligere dette herlige sted, hele familien har oplevet dette specielle hus meget positivt, masser af aktivitets muligheder og rigtig gode udearealer, poolen var helt i top, ren og velholdt, var det store plus i denne varme uge i Catalonya med grader op mod 40 C, gæstfriheden er afslappet og et værtspar der på en næsten ydmyg facon har skabt de dejlige rammer for hele vores familie som gæster, er meget anbefalelsesværdigt, tak til Bertel og Lisbeth for dette unikke koncept , vi ser os gerne dom gengangere i dette hus, tak!!

Cette maison est vraiment géniale ! Nous l'avons louée deux années de suite. Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, des salles de bain pour chacun, une cuisine bien équipée, une piscine magnifique. C'est très calme car il n'y a pas de voisins, à part des ânes :-). La maison est facile d'accès. Et les propriétaires sont très sympas et réactifs en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison !

This house is really great! We rented it two years in a row. Lots of space inside and outside, bathrooms for everyone, a well-equipped kitchen, a magnificent swimming pool. It's very quiet because there are no neighbors, except donkeys :-). The house is easily accessible. And the owners are very friendly and responsive when needed. We highly recommend this house!

Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie i dette super fantastiske hus hvor der var god plads til alle både udendørs og indendørs for 6 voksne og 5 teenagere.
Skønne områder rundt om huset, hvor man kunne hygge, dejligt pool område og bordtennis og bordfodbold en stor succes :-).
Huset ligger helt for sig selv omgivet af træer med dejlig ro.

We had a memorable family week in this great house on the countryside of the Cost Brava. The large and beautiful garden with the various seats, the pool, the entertainment and activities made our week unforgettable. The house was complete and fully equipped and Carla made our stay as comfortable as possible. Next to our own BBQ dinner parties she arranged dinner at the house.

Our stay in August at this fabulous house was made all that much better by the brilliant service we received from the agents prior to our arrival and during our stay.

The house is/was beautiful and fully equipped to cater to all 15 of us staying there for the week - 15 of us dining at the huge table outside every night was heaven. The pool area is perfect for lazy days lounging around or energetic kid fuelled fun. The grounds are well kept by the gardening staff and the location is idilic because of it's rural remoteness but also because it is only a short drive from local amenities. Girona and Barcelona were both easily accessible from the location of the house, as were the many beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava.

We wouldn't hesitate to book the house again in the future.

Thank you for making our stay very comfortable.

Huset er lidt mørkt, da det er et spansk stenhus, men det fungerer super fint, fordi det holder på køligheden :-)
Udenomsarealerne er virkelig gode, man har en stor ugenert grund for sig selv og der komme ingen biler forbi. Super med en lille pool man kan hoppe i når det er varmt :-)
