Mas de Puixmiguel is a gorgeous, high-quality holiday villa with a near-perfect location right between Girona and the beaches of Costa Brava.
The holiday home, beautifully furnished in a pastel French style, is all about roomy, comfortable spaces with its pleasant furniture, high ceilings, and warm colors. High class and tall standards are evident themes throughout the house, both on the inside and on the outside.
Following a large terrace area, by the end of the garden, you’ll find the swimming pool and pool area, where you can cool down from the warm Catalan sun and enjoy the surrounding landscape.
The terrace area might just be the highlight of this holiday pearl: here, the whole group can comfortably enjoy a meal together in the shade – perhaps even made on the grill right by the dining table. The outside dining area is cleverly connected directly to the kitchen inside as well. Other places on the expansive terrace include the hammock, some sun loungers, and even another shaded table with chairs, where parents perhaps could relax with a book or a glass of wine while keeping an eye on the children by the pool.
Moving inside, you’ll find the well-equipped, open kitchen and dining room to the right of the entrance and a bathroom along with a double room on your left. There’s also a spacious living room on the ground floor with a TV and access to the terrace outside. Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining 4 double rooms. In total, there are 3 bathrooms in the villa - 2 of them upstairs, and 1 on the ground floor.
The countryside location of the house allows for privacy and tranquility. There’s a small village nearby, though, where you’ll find a couple of restaurants. For a larger town, La Bisbal d’Emporda is about 5-6 km away – here, you can shop your groceries or perhaps visit the weekly market in the old part of the town.
Costa Brava:
From Mas de Puixmiguel, you can reach many of the wonderful coastal towns of Costa Brava in 30 minutes or less, including L’Escala, Begur, Llafranc, and many more.
Girona:
