Masia Lobet is a traditional Catalan rural house located in the town of Capmany, just 15 minutes from Figueres and 30 minutes from the Costa Brava beaches. The wonderful Pyrenees are also very close, with the French border only being about 15-20 minutes away. Note that due to the house being located in a town, parties and late music is not allowed.
On the ground floor, you can enjoy spacious common areas featuring Catalan vaulted ceilings and stone walls. Amenities include a large living room with a TV area, stereo system, and billiards table. At the back, there's access to a fenced garden equipped with a barbecue area, a saltwater outdoor swimming pool, a ping-pong table, and a children's play area. Additionally, an indoor heated pool with a jacuzzi is available for relaxation.
Carefully restored some years ago, the villa has retained all the charm and character of the original house while offering modern comforts. The property is divided into four independent apartments—Canigo, Salines, Requesens, and Albera—each thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and authentic rural experience. All 4 apartments are fully self-catering as well.
When the entire house is rented together, the owner provides two folding tables that can be used as an extension of one of the dining tables so that the whole group can eat together.
