The penthouse is located on the topmost floor of the building, giving you an excellent view of the surroundings and of the Mediterranean further out below. Enjoy mornings, afternoons and evenings on the house’s wonderful balcony overlooking the natural splendour of the Catalan countryside. Inside, the house has everything needed for the perfect rest and relaxation.
The spacious living room comes equipped with a large fireplace, two sofas, a designer chair, and a wall-mounted TV.
The adjoined kitchen area comes equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee machine, fridge and a toaster.
The penthouse has 3 excellent bedrooms – all of them having double beds. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have access to the balcony.
There are 2 bathrooms; one has a shower, the other one has both a shower and a bath tub.
The penthouse’s balcony is an amazing 60 m2 space to relax and overlook the sea from, coming equipped with a stylish wooden dinner table and 4 chairs, two recliner chairs and a coffee table for your drinks, one large sofa fit for 4-5 people and a sofa chair.
The apartment complex offers a shared swimming pool can you dip yourself into, cool down in, and have fun with your travel companions.
Close by the penthouse are 2 public beaches – the secluded Cala Pedrosa beach, only 800m away, and the wonderful, larger Tamariu Beach, about 1 kilometer away. If you want exercise or to explore, there are some fantastic walks both along the coast and more inland. In the nearby city of Palafrugell, only 11 minutes away by car, you will find a bakery, several grocery stores, a gas station, pharmacy, multiple cosmetics and clothing stores, an amusement park (please check for opening times) and a bike rental shop.
Not far by car from your complex, you will find several charming towns like Bergur, Llafranc and Palamós – all ripe with resturants, clothing/cosmetic shops, grocery stores, charming houses and the quaint feeling of Catalan small town life. And, of course ,you are in the Dalí triangle with his museum in Figueres, his castle in Puból and his house in Cadaques/Port Lligat. Being by the sea, there are of course also all kinds of watersports, and we will also recommend a visit to Girona, which is a fantastic city. Furthermore, you will bus stops to bigger cities like Barcelona, Tarragona or Girona. In Girona – 56km away by car – you will also find high-speed trains connecting you to the bigger cities of Spain as well.
