Stay within walking distance of Llafranc, one of the cosy villages, which have preserved the authenticity of the former fishermen's villages. There are only 1.2 km. on foot down to the center, but the trip is of course a little harder when you have to go up than when you have to go down :-)
This complex of modern villas are situated on the rocks just above Llafranc, and offers besides the perfect location, private terrace and garden as well as shared swimming pool and tennis court (remember rackets and balls!!).
Bresal-moderna is a high standard single-family house designed in contemporary style. The house is distributed on two levels. We enter through the main floor where a hall has a direct access to a bright fully equipped american style kitchen, beautiful dining room and a spacious living room from where there is an exit to a pleasant terrace and a garden area where you can enjoy the tranquility of the Costa Brava. On this same floor we also find a double room with a private bathroom with shower, courtesy toilet and laundry area.
On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms with access to a nice terrace with views of the communal area. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower. Here also there is a double bedroom ensuite with a bathroom with a bathtub and access to a large terrace with views of the house's garden.
The house is furnished with sofas etc. for 4 people, but it is possible to stay more than 4 people as well. In relation to outdoor facilities, there are two sunbeds on the upper terrace, which are connected to one of the bedrooms. There are several sunbeds by the shared swimming pool.
