In the middle of the beautiful Catalan wine region, the holiday pearl Mas de la Uvas lies. Here you have all you need: A holiday home of a very high standard and a high degree of authenticity, and there is a fantastic view. Furthermore, there is a unique pool area with a large shared pool.
Mas de las Uvas is located in a very small village, which consist of 6 houses. Three of them are holiday homes (one for 10 people, this one for 6 people and one for 8 people). The owner of the holiday homes lives in the fourth house, while the fifth is an excellent restaurant. Finally a Catalan family lives in the sixth.
The apartment has a size of 150 m2 and there is room for 6 people. It is a very comfortable place to spend your vacation. The house has a very high standard and spacious rooms that make you relax completely. When the house a few years ago was restored, there was great respect for the history, and therefore many authentic details have been preserved. An example of this is the classic ceiling beams and stone constructions.
Mas de la Uvas has a large and spacious living room with seating and table. One floor higher, there is also a small sitting area with a sofa and an armchair from which you can watch TV.
There are in the house 3 bedrooms. In total, there are two double beds and two single beds. They have different designs, but through them all is their spacious and authentic atmosphere. To the bedrooms there are 2 modern bathrooms, one with bathtub. Like the rest of the house, the kitchen is of high quality and has among others a dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment also has a small courtyard / patio with dining table, where the homemade dinner can be enjoyed in the warm evening hours.
The three apartments in mini-village share of the building's large pool area. The pool is 9x5 and also here is lavished on details and design at the same time that it has secured a conservation of the authentic. There is approx. 10 meter walk to the pool area. If you prefer to frolic in the Mediterranean is just 18 km. to the beaches of the Costa Dorada.
The area is part of Penedés wine district, and there are plenty of opportunities to visit wineries in the area. The house also has a village with a few restaurants and shops within walking distance, and also a station with a few departures. If you want to take the train to Barcelona, it will probably be easier to park at a larger station. Among the other high-speed train one station, just 6 km. away. A little south, Tarragona with its Roman amphi-theater, Reus with a beautiful Gaudi museum or for kids Universal Studios Port Aventura fine outings.
