Payment of holiday home

The payment for renting a holiday home is divided into two installments, First Payment and Second Payment.

FIRST PAYMENT is to be paid as confirmation of the booking. For credit card payment, the amount is reserved on your credit card and deducted when the booking is accepted by the homeowner and therefore confirmed. Should the homeowner decline the booking, the reservation will be canceled. If payment by bank transfer* is selected, payment must be made so that it is sent to Sydensferiehuse.dk within 4 days from that date.
First payment amounts to 40%* of the total price, with the exception of holiday homes rented less than 40 days before arrival and houses which have the payment decription "final payment 1 month before arrival". In these cases 100% of the rent is paid.
(* however, the percentage may be 15% or 20% for apartments in Barcelona)

SECOND PAYMENT The time of SECOND PAYMENT (Remaining amount) depends on the individual house's conditions.

"Final payment 1 month before arrival"

If the house has the terms "final payment 1 month before arrival", SECOND PAYMENT (60%) of the rent must be received by Sydensferiehuse.dk no later than 31 days before arrival at the holiday home.

"Final payment on arrival"

If the house has the terms "final payment on arrival", SECOND PAYMENT (60%) of the rent will be paid in CASH to the homeowner on arrival. Since homeowners are private individuals, credit card payment on arrival is NOT possible unless otherwise stated. If you do not wish to pay with cash, the SECOND PAYMENT can be transferred to sydensferiehuse.dk no later than 31 days before date of arrival.

Payment terms are individual for each holiday home and will be listed on each holiday home at sydensferiehuse.dk.

Credit Card Details

When booking via sydensferiehuse.dk, the card information is processed by Wannafind.dk's payment gateway, approved and PCI certified by Fort Consult, and is therefore a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard / Eurocard. All card information is handled in accordance with card organization rules.
