If you want to stay in a cosy mountain village in green surroundings in the Pyrenees this house could be your choice. Cal Molina de Marina is the former watermill of the village. As the village has grown, the mill is now part of the village.
The house is divided into in total three parts. To one side, Cal Xisca is an independent house with own terrace and swimming pool.
Cal Molina de Marina consists of two linked units with direct access to a shared garden and pool area. Here there is a big terrace with barbecue, where the entire group can eat together. The two parts of the house has in total seven bedrooms with six double beds and two single beds. Additionally, three extra beds are available on demand. There are four fully equipped bathrooms, one of them ensuite.
The house is perfect for two or three families, who like to spend their holiday together, but also appreciate the possibility of retire or if small children need tranquillity to sleep. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen a spacious common area for dining and with sofa corner to relax. They are equipped with TV and DVD.
Enjoy life in the garden and by the swimming pool or take a walk in the village or down by the river.
The situation in 900 meters altitude makes the summers very pleasant and in the summer, there are sometimes snow. It is really beautiful part of Catalonia, and ideal for those, who want to be near the mountains without loosing the easy possibility of exploring the rest of Catalonia on half- of full day trips.

An obvious excursion during your stay is a visit to the Catalan metropolis Barcelona. Experience the Sagrada Família church by Gaudi, the Ramblas, the Gothic neighbourhood, the F.C. Barcelona museum at Camp Nou, the beach etc. The distance from most houses is between 1 and 1½ hour. As one day might not be enough, many choose to combine the stay in our Spanish holiday homes with some nights in our centrally located Barcelona apartments.
