In 1100 meters altitude, situated on a hillside with wonderful views over the wavy landscape, lies holiday house Can de Pirineus. The surroundings are natural, beautiful and above all very green. Combine this with a large swimming pool, many activities for the kids in the holiday group and indoor facilities in good quality, and you will have the foundation for a great vacation.
Can de Pirineus consists of four houses and apartments, all of which share the swimming pool of 57.5 m2 and the large garden. They are usually rented out separately, but it is possible to have it all for yourself - private swimming pool and private garden in the beautiful surroundings.
The pool suits everyone in the holiday group. Right by the stairs into the water, there is a small, very shallow pool, where the smallest children can have fun in the water. The main pool is 1.5 m deep, enough for playing and swimming: A perfect place to be in the middle of the day when the sun is highest in the sky.
In the summer, two sheep and several hens go freely around on the grounds (they are shut in during the evenings and nights). The two quiet and friendly sheep, Petra and Cecilia, sre for most children very entertaining and exciting. They generally graze on the land and help to keep the garden neat and well groomed. It also provides a good atmosphere to have these animals around.
This holiday home for 6 persons, Can de Pirineus - Noguer 6 + 3P, has a size of 100 m2 and is perfect for a family. When you enter the house, you meet the common room: In one of the ends, there are two comfortable sofas and a TV with a DVD-player. In the middle of the living room, there is, very uniquely, a pretty fireplace. The dining table is connected to the sofa corner. The high and beamed ceiling and the stone walls create a cozy, rural atmosphere.
Behind the dining table, there is a well-equipped kitchen: Here you have many facilities that include oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave oven. The kitchen is new and modern and there is nothing stopping you from cooking a great meal.
In the holiday home, there are three double bedrooms: two of them have double beds, while one has twin beds (perfect for kids). All bedrooms have their own bathroom (en suite).
There are plenty of things to do: Firstly, there is a soccer field on the other side of the fence (right by the pool). Next, the owner has created a sort of "mini-golf" where you choose location of the holes. Finally, a small house serves as both an activity room with table football, billiards and table tennis. Outside, there is also a climbing frame with slide and swings.
For those who want to relax, there have been set up hammocks in the shade of two trees.
