To find a huge house that can accommodate many guests, located in the heart of a Village, and which also has a large garden with a large swimming pool, seems impossible. It is actually almost impossible, but we managed to find such a house: Masia de las Flores.
The house is like a small oasis in the middle of a cosy and nice village, and with the large garden, a swimming pool, an overall high standard and a beautiful design, it will provide a solid base for a wonderful holiday in Catalonia. The house is perfect for those who want to go on holiday together with many people, or if you want lots of space to relax on.
The unique thing about this holiday house is the combination of the town and garden area with pool, which offers many activities: In the pool, which has a size of 72 m2and is fenced, you can swim, play or just cool off in the heat, and you can relax on the sun loungers beside. On the large lawn, you can play ball games, there are swings for the little ones in the holiday group, and you can play table tennis. Moreover, on the ground floor, there is a small game room with billiards and table football. Further, down the street, there is a bakery, supermarkets and bars. In Masia de las Flores, you can both stay with lovely facilities in the backyard and shops close to the front door - this is not something common.
In the garden, just by the house, there is a huge covered terrace where there is a large BBQ grill and an outdoor kitchen. Next to this, there is a long dining table. Here you can both cook and enjoy the homemade dinner during the warm evening hours.
The house is situated next to the great church of the town, and you enter the holiday house directly from the beautiful church square. When you step into the Masia de las Flores, which has a size of 710 m2, you meet a beautiful living room with large, comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The inside of the home is very beautiful: The curved ceiling and the beautiful, arched doorways provide a great, spacious atmosphere. Here, on the ground floor, there is also a kitchen, and connected to this, there is a long dining table.
Like the rest of the holiday house, the bedrooms are of a high standard - the owners have really put effort in the design. They are all decorated differently, but what they share are their spaciousness and quality. When you are travelling many people together, it can be nice to pull back and enjoy the peacefulness alone, and the bedrooms are perfect for this. In total on the first and second floor, there are 11 bedrooms - 7 of them are double and 4 are triple rooms. These include a girl's bedroom with pink bedding and a boy's room with blue beds. 7 of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom, where three of them have bathtubs. There are 8 modern and spacious bathrooms in the apartment.
If you are looking for a holiday home in high quality, with lots of space, and with a unique location, that contains both town life and privacy, you have found the house. Many holiday homes have a large garden and pool, but they are often far from supermarkets, restaurants and the villages - this house has both.
As the house is situated inside a village, it is important to respect the neighbours. It is of course no problem to enjoy the garden and pool-area in during the day and in the evenings, but late-night parties are not possible in this villa.
