La Molina is originally a watermill built way back in 1670. Some of the old machinery has been preserved and it can be seen in the basement, which also functions as an activity room. The watermill is of course located close to a small stream. This gives a great feeling of nature, and besides the charm it is also a good play area for children. The house is located in a very hilly and varied landscape: There are both rocks and trees. It lies in a very peaceful and private setting, making the relaxation possibilities perfect.
The indoor areas are like the outdoor very nice. After the very charming main entrance you are met by the building's large family room. There is, firstly, a very modern and beautiful Catalan kitchen, which among others have an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and much more. Further from this there is a long and elegant dining table with room for everyone living in the house. Right next to this there are three red sofas that makes a very cozy corner. The ceiling throughout the house is very pretty with wooden beams across. The bedrooms are like the rest of the house very large and spacious. The 5 double rooms are very large and elegant, while the 4-person room is perfect for a kids' room. There are 4 bathrooms that are very neat and beautifully decorated. In the lowest floor there is a game room with football table and table tennis.
The garden is very large and well-kept. The amazing pool on the 32 m2 is located quite centrally. The children's favorite. Children and adults will probably spend large amounts of time here, and if you want to enjoy the sun, there are sun beds next to. Just a few meters away there is a covered terrace, where you can cook homemade meals on the BBQ grill. It can then be consumed at the dining table, while the long and warm evenings can be enjoyed.
