It is surrounded by a wonderful 1.300 m2 garden, with a big fenced swimming pool of 10 x 4,5 meters at the end of the garden with plenty of sun loungers for relaxation. For the Summer 2021, there will be pergolas by the swimming pool, for the persons who prefer shade. In addition, under the big Oak tree is also a nice place to find shade.
The ground floor has a nice covered terrace with direct access to the barbecue.
On the first floor, there is the beautifully decorated dining room and the open kitchen. The kitchen is very well-equipped (stove and hotplates, Fridge, Freezer, Nespresso, Toaster, Microwave, Juice squeezer etc.) Very conveniently, this is also connected to an exterior terrace, so you can eat inside or outside as you prefer.
