This stylish and functional holiday home Casa Perrier, with room for 10 people, is beautifully situated on a hilltop. Its location provides a wonderful view and with the well-arranged indoor and outdoor areas plus a swimming pool, this house is the perfect setting for a successful holiday.
A place that undoubtedly will be the children's favorite is the swimming pool. It has a size of the entire 32 m2. Its dept changes from shallow to deep. In the shallow end there is a built-in set of stairs, which is perfect for small children. Furthermore, the pool area is fenced, which is a very secure arrangement. In addition the pool has a beautiful view over the countryside and the Pyrenees, which can be enjoyed from the sun beds by the pool.
In 2013, the house is extended with a big living room with sofas and TV and with direct access to a new terrace in level with the swimming pool and a beautiful view. This has made a very fine integration from the kitchen via the living room to the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool.
Below the pool, there is garden with a covered terrace. Here there is a BBQ grill, where you can cook your own food. Furthermore, there is a dining table, so you can enjoy homemade meals outside in the warm evenings.
The house's dining room is combined with the very open kitchen. This makes a spacious family room. The kitchen has among others a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and much more. The dining room is also connected to a living room with comfortable sofas and TV.
The ground floor also contains a new double bedroom with bathroom ensuite and a bathroom with access from the living room and a second double room. When you walk up the stairs, you see four spacious double bedrooms, and one of them has a balcony. Furthermore, there is a shared bathroom on the first floor.
The house is situated on the top a hill, which gives an excellent view over the landscape and the fields and the Pyrenees in the background. Casa Perrier also has a green and well-kept garden where you can enjoy the Catalan heat.
The apartment is located just 3 km from the village Montmajor. Here you can find a restaurant and a butcher/grocery store and a bakery.
