Casa Xuguera is very privately situated Catalan masia, surrounded by forest and nature. The house has been carefully restored, so original elements like limestone walls, exposed beams and open fireplace.
Casa Xuguera has room for 13+ guests divided in six first-floor double rooms, sharing 3 bathrooms, all with hydromassage.
Casa Xuguera har plads til 13+ gæster fordelt i seks dobbeltværelser på førstesalen, som deler 3 badeværelser, alle med hydromassage. All bedrooms are equipped with TV. All rooms have beautiful view over the landscape, as the house is situated on a small hill-top.
In the ground floor, there are two additional bathrooms as well as a single room with bathroom ensuite. Here you can relax and enjoy life in the huge living room with sofa corner and a big dining table. A curious detail is the fold-out game-table, providing professional facilities for card-players!
From the kitchen, which is well-equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, built-in-oven etc. one has direct access to the terrace area, where you in addition find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Additionally, there is small room with washing machine, iron-board and a big freezer.
The house is ideal for a stress-less holiday away from the daily routines with harmonic settings and all modern facilities. Some years ago, solar energy was installed, which made it possible to heath the swimming pool all-year-round except the winter months.
The swimming pool is fenced for the security of small children and besides taking a dip in the warm Catalan summer, the house offer activities such as table tennis, volley court, WIFI-Internet, trampoline, some fitness machines and the big lawn ideal for ball games.
The surrounding are excellent for a hike and on the camping ground 2,5 km. away, it is possible to buy an ice-cream or take a swim in the stream making it way thorugh the rocks. As the road to the Camping is paved, it is only the last part to the house, which is gravel road.
