La Casita de Prat is the perfect holiday home for a medium sized group. The beautiful home has a terrific location and can accommodate up to 12(+1) guests. It is beautifully decorated and has fantastic outdoor areas. We can assure you that you will have an amazing time at La Casita de Prat.
The holiday home is located right above the charming city Berga. It is located on a beautiful spot, with only 3 other houses in the neighbouring area. Due to its high setting, La Casita de Prat has an absolutely stunning view which can be enjoyed from pretty much anywhere on the grounds. The holiday home has a wonderful pool area at the front of the house. The pool area is fenced for the safety of children, and also has a shallow area. We have no doubt, that most of your time will be spent out here, soaking up some sun and not to mention appreciating the stunning view and green scenery around you.
There is also a lovely outdoor dining area with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, and of course a large dining table which can seat the entire group. When dinner is finished, the children will be able to continue the fun with the outdoor table tennis, play in the sandpit or simply run around exploring the large, green garden.
The groundfloor has a large common area with sofas and a TV and the holiday home also has WiFi. Here you will be able to relax on the couch, if you should need some hours away from the sun. Next to the lounge room you will find the large open kitchen, which has everything you may need including stove, oven, nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, dishwashing machine etc.
There are 5 bedrooms in total. The first bedroom is a triple room located on the ground floor and has its own luxurious ensuite bathroom. It has one double bed and a single bed. The 4 other bedroooms are located on the second floor. Here you will find another triple room with one single bed and a double bed. The triple room also has an ensuite bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the hallway, and all share a large bathroom. The 3 bedrooms are all double bedrooms, two of them each have a double bed and the last one has two twin beds. All of these bedrooms have an amazing view from the windows, overlooking the green scenery and the pool, and one of the bedrooms even has its own little balcony.
The La Casita de Prat location is also definitely worth mentioning. Only 12 km away from the idyllic holiday home, you will find the gorgous city Berga. This charming city is definitely worth taking a trip to, with its many lovely shops and its antique city center. Berga also hosts a wonderful market every Saturday, which is definitely worth a visit.
