The apartment has room for 4+1 guests and is divided into two floors. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen and an open dining/living room with a cozy fireplace. Next to the living space, you will find the lovely outdoor terrace facing east and a covered porch, where you can cool down during the warm afternoons. From the porches, you can step directly into the large, green garden which surrounds the entire house.
There is a large twin bedroom on the first floor of Casa Piferan-Porxo. The second bedroom is on the upper loft, and has two twin beds, with the possibility of having another bed set up. There is also a bathroom on the first floor.
The location of Casa Piferan is superb! The house is surrounded by trees and fields of crops, and has an exceptional views of the Montseny, the plain of La Selva and a good proportion of the Catalan Pyrenees and their foothills. The village Cassà de la Selva is only 3 km. away form the home. And 15 km. away you will find te stunning city Girona (also known as Barcelona's little sister), which is definitely worth a visit! Last but not least, the Costa Brava beaches is only 25 km. away. So you have plenty of opportunities to take small excursions during the days and evenings.
