Fantastic property with big swimming pool near Girona!

Rent the entire Casa Piferán property with 3 units. The house has 8 double bedrooms distributed in the 3 units. Enjoy the big garden, the large private swimming pool and the proximity to Girona (15 minutes) and the beaches of Costa Brava (25 minutes).

The holiday home has been fully restored conserving all of its original elements but equipped with the most modern comforts. The fact that Casa Piferán is made up of 3 independent apartments/units, gives you plenty of space and the opportunity to draw back in privacy. All of the units are incredibly charming and authentic, and have modern, well equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms bathrooms and cozy coming dining and living rooms.

The outdoor area is simply stunning. The large swimming pool and big garden is a prime spot for playing and sunbathing. And we imagine that you will be enjoying delicious, local food and wine on the stunning outdoor terrace.

The kind owners Judith and Josep live 300 meters down the road. They have a barn with bicycles you can use free of charge. They also plenty of maps for hiking and bicycling routes, and are ready to inform you on all os the amazing activities the area has to offer.

The house has a fantastic location! Surrounded by lush nature, and with its exceptional views of the Montseny, the plain of La Selva and a good proportion of the Catalan Pyrenees and their foothills.

Casa Piferan is located 3 km south of Cassà de la Selva, the village to which it belongs, in the Mosqueroles neighbourhood, very close to the small village of Sant Andreu Salou. This makes it an excellent base, being just 15 km from Girona, 15 km from the Costa Brava, 5 km from the AP-7 motorway and the A-2, and less than 5 km from the Girona-Costa Brava airport.

So, if you wish to be close to the beach, but still live in an authentic environment, with beauty and peace in comfortable distance to the mass tourism in Spain, Casa Piferan truly is an excellent choice!
