Casa Viniels is a beautifully decorated holiday home, peacefully located in the Parc Natural de les Gavarres, between Girona and the Mediterranean Sea.
To reach it, you’ll enjoy a scenic 8-kilometer drive (about 15 minutes) along a winding road, popular among cyclists who like to challenge themselves on the uphill stretch before enjoying the downhill ride toward the coast.
At a beautiful and tranquil spot, you’ll find Casa Viniels, surrounded by a charming garden with a swimming pool in front of the house. Behind the property live the friendly owners, Laura, her partner, and their toddler. They will ensure you have full privacy during your stay, while always being available if you have any questions or would like some local tips.
The house is divided into two apartments, which can also be rented separately. If you rent the entire property, Laura will provide a large table so everyone can dine together. The house sleeps 10 guests comfortably, and with children, it can accommodate up to 12–13 people.
The upper-floor apartment is a cozy two-bedroom home. Thanks to the gently sloping hill, a small bridge gives level access to the terrace, and just a few steps up you’ll find a delightful sun spot with loungers—perfect for enjoying the view at sunrise or sunset.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds (set together as a double). Each room has a bathroom conveniently located just outside. The living area has large French doors offering a lovely view, with a dining table in the center, a cozy sofa corner to one side, and a well-equipped kitchen to the other.
On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find the larger of the two apartments. You enter through the cozy, covered terrace, ideally situated just outside the kitchen, making it perfect for outdoor dining.
Inside, there’s a welcoming living and dining area with a dining table, a comfortable sofa corner with TV, and an open kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay.
From the living area, a small corridor leads to the sleeping quarters: on the left, a double bedroom with a private bathroom, and straight ahead, two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds set together as doubles. These two rooms share the second bathroom.
The apartment comfortably sleeps six guests, and if you’re traveling with children, one or two extra beds can be added.
A short distance from the house, ensuring privacy for each apartment, you’ll find the inviting pool area, safely enclosed with a gate for small children. Here you can swim, sunbathe, or simply relax. The garden is full of Mediterranean charm, with colorful plants, flowers, and fruit trees—including a lemon tree that adds to the fresh, natural atmosphere.
Not far away, Laura keeps three friendly donkeys, and children are welcome to join her when feeding them.
For your car, there is shaded parking and a charging point for electric vehicles. The house is powered mainly by solar energy, reflecting the owners’ eco-friendly philosophy.
