Casas Mametlár - Terraza uno is a wonderful holiday apartment located in the Tuscany-like area Empordá with only 6 km to the beaches of Costa Brava. There is room for 4 people in two spacious and beautiful bedrooms: One with a double bed and one with two single beds which is perfect for a family. The apartment is in a house with three other apartments, all rented separately. These share the outdoor facilities.
The lovely holiday apartment is located with the front facing the large garden. The house with its stone walls has a very authentic and rustic atmosphere. The apartment has a terrace, where you can enjoy your homemade meals during the warm Catalan evenings.
If you go inside, you are met by an apartment of very high quality, and it's not just the material. There is also a good atmosphere in the house. Central to the apartment is the living room as the natural meeting point. Here there is a cosy sofa corner, where you can watch TV or just be together. Furthermore , there is a nice dining table in the living room. Through two sliding doors, there is a large entrance to the kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and many other necessities. The two bedrooms, located on the first floor, are like the rest of the apartment beautifully decorated. They each have a great and spacious en suite bathroom, one of them with a bathtub.
Outside there is a relatively large garden area. There is a shared pool with a size of 50m2. This is a sure hit among the kids that surely will spend lots of time in it. Especially during the summer months, when it is very hot in Cataloni. It is an essential facility because you can be cooled down in a very short time. In addition, there is a large BBQ grill in the garden with a belonging covered dining table, where you can enjoy the freshly prepared food during the warm Catalan evenings. In addition, there are several seating areas around the garden. For the smaller group is a small playground with playhouse and swings.
Less than 100 meters from the house, there is a nice restaurant, and only 2 km away there is a local village, where there are 4 restaurants.
