Casa Argentera-Noble 5+1P

Casa Agentena is a super-beautiful orange colored Catalan stone house, located as the last house in a small village, and only 5 minutes from a lake with kayaks and 20 minutes to the Mediterranean sea.

The house is divided into 3 independent apartments, each with its own entrance and access to communal areas. The 3 holiday homes are connected by the internal staircase, which allows the house to be rented as one and with which you can take advantage of the large hall on the ground floor.

Casa Agentena-Noble 5 + 1P is the apartment on the first floor. It has two double rooms, one with bath, a smaller room, a separate bathroom, a fireplace room with access to the aforementioned balcony and with an unrivaled view of the rest of the village and the castle of Escornalbou, a dining kitchen and access to the garden. All rooms have maintained the original style with the beautiful hydraulic floor tiles and each room has its own flooring.

The common areas are a 220 m² garden with swimming pool (there is also the country swimming pool 5 minutes away), pines with hammocks to relax in, two terraces, one in the sun and one in the shade of the large linden tree. There are slides and swings for the little ones.

History
In the 1920s, the castle Escornalbou was restored by diplomat Eduard Toda. The stonecutter "Joanet" who performed work in connection with the refurbishment of the castle was awarded a building site by Eduard Toda in the village of L'Argentera. Here he behaved Casa Agentena. In the balcony of the house, carved in stone, you still see the beautiful work of this craftsman.
