Casa Ventola is a newly restored Catalan Holiday Home for 10 persons, perfectly situated, if you like to have a lot of privacty and still want to be able to drive to the beach in 10-15 minutes.

The house, which is situated with vinyards just on the other side of the fence, has a nice view, and is basicly but functionally equipped and has a very nice garden equipped for outside dining and with swimming pool, fenced to protect small children.

On the ground floor, you find the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and also a washing machine. There are also two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a bunk bed. They share one bathroom with shower. Finally, there is the big common room with sofas and a TV. There is also a dining area with access to a small terrace.

On the first floor you find the remaining three double rooms. One double room has double bed and two windows with a beautiful view over the vinyards, the second double has a smaller double bed and finally a bedroom with two single beds. They share one bathroom.

The garden has what you need for a relaxing holiday, with a covered barbecue area with water and seating, the swimming pool and swings for the children and a beautiful view to the vinyards.

There is a village in long walking distance (2,5 km.) and the regional capitol Tarragona is only about 12 km. away. We can also recommend Altafulla (10 km.), with an excellent beach and a beautiful historical beachwalk with restaurants. The nearest beach (playa larga) is only 6 km. from the house. For the children, Universal Studios Port Aventura is only 30 minutes away. Barcelona can be reached in about 1 hour in car, or you can take the train from Altafulla.

Séjour genial dans cette magnifique propriété au milieu des vignes et des oliviers . Le propriétaire était adorable et très réactif à nos demandes . Idéal pour nos 2 familles( 4 adultes et 6 enfants )

Brilliant stay in this magnificent property surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The owner was lovely and very responsive to our requests. Ideal for our 2 families (4 adults and 6 children)

We really enjoyed our stay at casa ventola however we believe that the house would benefit from some staple improvements to the furniture. The beds/matresses were of poor quality. The level of cleanliness should also be looked at, the house had a lingering odour which may have been down to the furniture covers in the lounge area, which also effected the aesthetic of the room. All of that said, the owner was really friendly and helpful.

The owner Jordina tells us, that the mattresses in the double beds are now changed and that they try to improve the house contineously.

Thank you very much for providing this feedback. The owner Jordina has received a copy, so hopefully, she will look into it. We agree that this house has ok, butnot perfect facilities, and we will recommend it for groups, for whom this is fine, and would like to benefit from the closeness to the beach (only 15 minutes), to Tarragona (25 minutes), Barcelona 6(0 minutes), and the nice location surrounded by vinyards.
