Casa Soler is located in a hilly landscape with other houses. It is surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden with hills in the background. This gives an authentic Catalan atmosphere. Next to the house there is a sparsely crowded mountain road, which means that you can quickly get to the nearest village located 300 meters away. Here you can find among others a supermarket, restaurant and bakery.
Furthermore the holiday home has a large hall next door, which can be rented by guests that live in the house. The can be used for a wedding for an example.
When arriving at Casa Soler you drive along a beautiful driveway, and you park almost at the front door. At the entrance there are two spacious double rooms and one single room. All these bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. From this bedroom area you can go up on the first floor, where you meet a large room. Here there are three beautiful double rooms - all with their own private bathroom en suite.
Down below there is a dining area, where there is a long Catalan wooden table to find. In this room there are many small and authentic decorations. Furthermore there is a lounge area where you can relax with TV and a fireplace. As an extension of the dining room there is the modern kitchen. Among other utensils there are a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a stove. Next to the kitchen there is a double room. Finally there is also a bathroom here on the ground floor.
In the garden there is a beautiful and functional kind of hall / covered terrace. Here there is a very large BBQ grill, where you can cook your own food. In addition to this there is a huge dining table, where the homemade meals can be enjoyed. Furthermore there is a washing machine and a second refrigerator. You can also play table football out here.
Further out in the garden there is a small area for children, where there is a playground with swings and a slide. At the end of the garden you get to the pool, which has a size of an entire 50 m2 (10m x 5m). Here there are stairs down into the water, so small children can get up and down safely. It goes from being 75 cm at one end and to 2.1 m in the other. From the pool there is also a very great view.
The house is greatly located and there is a restaurant, grocery and bakery nearby. Furthermore there are 20 minutes to Vic and Manresa. Barcelona is located 90 km away and is therefore suitable for a full day excursion.
