Casa Rectory is an old charming and fully restored Rectory of the Romanic style. The house has kept the beautiful church bells on the top of the house, which leaves a historic element to the house. It is situated in a spectacular Catalan valley with 12 other houses (“Masias”) and about 40 inhabitants. The house is situated just 70 km from Barcelona city so it is a must to visit the city while being in Catalonia.
Casa Rectory is a traditional and beautiful stone house, decorated with a mixture of rustic and authentic furniture.. The garden is multi-coloured, hence every season has it own charm. There is a private swimming pool, sun beds and a two terrace areas. One is in the garden next to the pool area and the other is a large covered terrace with wooden furniture on the first floor. The covered terrace has BBQ and a splendid view over the Catalan landscape.
The holiday home has an opened lounge/dining room area with TV and fire place which is authentically decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove and microwave. There are five centrally heated bedrooms, 3 double and 2 single bedrooms (with two possible supplementary beds) and two bathrooms.
On the ground floor is a great game hall with table tennis and billiards and the nearby area has plenty of walking routes. This is a great spanish historic holiday home in cosy, silent and stunning surroundings and still within easy reach of so many of Catalonia’s many great sights and activities
