El Chismet is a very well-kept holiday home in classic style situated in the most famous of the Catalan national parks Montseny, only 3 km. from the cosy small town Viladrau.
From the small road from Seva to Viladrau, you will find the driveway to the house. First you will pass the fenced swimming pool area and then just above, you will arrive to the house. On the back side, you will have plenty of space to park your car.
To the left of the house, you have a big lawn and a fenced pond with ducks and other birds. On the other side of the house, you find the entrance. To the right of the entrance you have a covered outdoor terrace area for outdoor dining. There is also another terrace area in the sun. Also, there is a lawn with many trees, providing shade in the warm Catalan summer days. There is also a table tennis.
When you enter the house, there is first a small hall with the stairs to the first floor. To the right, you can enter a dining room from where you have access to the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer and stove. In this floor, there is also a common room with books, table games and a fire place. It is equipped with TV and WIFI internet.
On the first floor you find the 5 bedrooms. Three of them have double beds, one of them have to individual beds, which can be arranged as double bed or twin beds and finally a room with three beds. There are four fully equipped bathrooms to be shared. Also upstairs, you have access to a terrace with a beautiful view. It is possible to slide a glass cover on, if you are staying in the house in autumn or winter.
This is the perfect place for a peaceful vacation without loosing the easy access to the many amazing sights in Catalonia.
