Can Punt Bellavista – a beautiful holiday home with a very private location in the Pyrenees. The holiday home is right next to a forest, and has a fabulous view, looking over the lavish green nature. Can Punt Bellavista can accommodate up to 19 (+5) guests. The house is newly renovated, and its interior looks amazing. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are of very high standard, so you will be living in a luxurious holiday home, with a mixture of modern style and traditional Catalan style.
The holiday home consists of two separate buildings: the main building and an additional building with two separate suites. In between the two buildings, you will find the newly built swimming pool of roughly 8*4 meters. The pool area also has a stunning view, and we imagine that most of your time will be spent by the poolside soaking up the sun and relaxing. Next to the pool is the outdoor kitchen which has a fridge, a sink and a grill.
On the bottom floor of the main building, you will find the large and incredibly cozy loungeroom. The room has a large flat screen television, and has several couches so it is the perfect spot to gather the entire group and watch a movie whilst relaxing in the comfortable couches. There are also two double bedrooms on this floor. Both bedrooms are of very high standard and are decorated beautifully. They also have ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also has direct entry to the garden.
On the next floor is the large dining room. This room is also very nicely decorated, and has a long wooden dining table, where you can enjoy indoor meals. The dining room also has a couple of lounges and a fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. Next to the dining room is a bathroom. The dining room has direct access to the large terrace which looks over the incredible scenery. Next to the dining room is the open kitchen, which also has direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is of course well equipped with everything you may need and more, including: Nespresso machine, dishwashing machine, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave etc.
There are another 4 bedrooms located up on the top floors. All of the bedrooms are very nicely decorated, and all have luxurious ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a triple room, the rest are double bedrooms. The bedroom located on the very top floor is incredibly cozy as it has has slanted ceilings and a fireplace. It is also possible to have an extra two beds set up in the main building. Last but not least, you will find the final two double bedrooms in the two suites that are located in the other building. The suites are identical to one another, and have ensuite bathrooms. There are two single beds in the bedrooms, which are set up as a double bed (however you can adjust this if you would like). The suites are incredibly spacious and it is therefore also possible to have extra beds set up here.
Another great thing about Can Punt Bellavista is its perfect location. Although it is located very privately, there is a small local town, located only 1.1 km away from the house. The town is very authentic and cozy and has a small grocery shop and two very nice restaurants. Other than that, the house is a short 15-20 minute drive away from the motorway C16, which can take you directly to the other larger cities of Catalonia. If you love food, you will be happy to hear, that there is a fantastic restaurant located a 30 minute drive away from the holiday home, which you must visit! As Can Punt Bellavista is located next to a forest, you also have the option of going on lots of great walks, in the beautiful nature.
