Casa Bosque is a large and spacious villa of 450 m2 with capacity for 18 people. Three elements of the holiday home stand out: The location, the pool area and the interior. The house has been renovated, which means that its style is very modern and comfortable. However, the long history of the house can still be felt through the modern look.
The area and the location of the apartment are as mentioned before one of the big pluses of the home. Casa Bosque is situated on the top of a hill and from here there is a breathtaking view over a large mountain lake. This is a damming of the river Segre. The area is very hilly, which means that the population density is very little. Therefore, there are no noisy neighbors nearby. You can enjoy the holiday in completely peaceful surroundings.
Casa Bosque's style is very authentic and typical Catalan. There is for an example a small chapel next to the house, and several of the old stone walls can still be seen inside. This does not prevent the apartment in being incredibly comfortable and modern designed. Central and natural meeting point is the living room. Here there is a large sitting area in a living room, where you can watch TV and enjoy the view of the large panoramic windows. One of the two kitchens, which are both fully equipped with all necessary tools, are connected to this living room. Here there are among others a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven. The second kitchen on the second floor is also thoroughly equipped, to which there are a nice living room and a dining area.
There are a total of 9 bedrooms - they are all double rooms spread over 8 single beds and 5 double beds. General for these is the great spaciousness and rustic atmosphere, but still modern look. The bedrooms are spread throughout the house: On the ground floor there is a room that is adapted for the disabled. On the first floor there are 5 rooms, and on the second floor there are 2 rooms. Finally, in the top of the house, on the third floor, there are rooms also. All the single beds can off course be pushed together, if wanted. For all these bedrooms there are 4 spacious bathrooms.
In front of the house there is a large garden table with a wonderful view to the lake. Since there is a BBQ area with two large grills right next to it, it is natural to enjoy the homemade meals here. The long and warm Catalan evenings are perfect for this. A place that will surely be a big hit is the swimming pool. With a size of 50 m2 and a great view from there, it is a great place to cool off. The area is equipped with sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower next to this.
For small children, there is also a small playground with slides and swings.
All in all it is a perfect holiday home for groups seeking high quality and quiet surroundings.
