Pairal de Pobia is a beautifully restored historic Catalan masia listed in the Architectural Heritage Inventory of Catalonia. It offers 12 bedrooms, spacious living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy shaded terraces, a covered barbecue area, and a 12x6 m saltwater pool with ramp access—ideal for families with children or guests with limited mobility. There is also a tennis court and basketball hoop available for active recreation.
Just a short walk down the road (600 meters), Molina Petita is a charming and fully restored former watermill from 1888, now serving as a cozy and high-quality holiday home for a smaller group. It includes 2 double bedrooms, (there's also a sofa bed in the living room), and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
The house retains much of its history with the original mill machinery preserved under glass—a fascinating feature for those interested in local heritage. Outside, guests have access to a private swimming pool, a fenced garden ideal for dogs, and open grassy space with football goals and a badminton net.
The two houses together provide a flexible solution for groups of up to 26 guests, with privacy, comfort, and independence in a peaceful natural setting. If you're a large group, one family within the group could stay in La Molina Petita Pobia for a bit more privacy, and then you could all gather in the large Pairal property for dinners and during daytime, playing tennis, swimming in the pool, or just relaxing.
